I'm currently on day two, and my face is a bit swollen with some light bruising. The staff gave me general instructions, but I'd love to hear from actual experiences – has anyone here been through the same situation? What are the best ways to care for it at home? Are cold compresses better or warm ones at this stage?

I don't want to rush back to work and parties 😄 but I want to know if there's a specific routine that can help and speed things up a bit. Any tips from brothers and sisters with experience?
