Hey everyone! So I'm heading to Korea next month for some aesthetic treatments and I'm trying to figure out what aftercare stuff I should bring from home vs. grab there. I'm a bit nervous about the recovery period, honestly.
I've read that cooling masks and soothing gels are lifesavers after procedures, but I'm not sure if I should buy them before I leave or just pick them up at a pharmacy once I'm there. Also, has anyone used silicone scar sheets? I'm wondering if those are actually worth the space in my luggage or if it's overkill lol.
I know Korea has amazing skincare options, so part of me thinks I should just shop there and see what the staff at my clinic recommends. But I'm also nervous about not having my usual go-to products during recovery. What did you guys end up doing? Did you bring your own stuff or just trust the local options? Any products that were total game-changers for you during healing?
Thanks in advance — I want to be as prepared as possible without overpacking! 😅

I totally understand your dilemma! Last time I was also worried about my luggage being too heavy, so I only brought the most basic skincare products and bought the rest locally. Actually, Korean drugstores have everything, and you can even ask the staff about products suitable for post-operative use. It's so much more convenient than bringing a bunch of stuff with you! 😅
