Hi everyone, I'm Fei. I've been considering getting a cosmetic procedure done, but I'm currently torn between two choices—doing it with a doctor in China or going to Korea. Friends in both countries have recommended options, so I'm a bit confused.
The obvious advantage of doing it in China is convenience; I don't need to take time off work to travel abroad, and I can recover in a familiar environment. However, I'm worried about post-operative follow-up, and the varying skill levels of doctors in China make me unsure if I can find a truly reliable one. I've always had faith in Korean medical aesthetics, and I've heard their equipment and techniques are indeed superior, but the cost and time investment are much higher, and I also have to consider taking time off work and accommodation.
Have any other women gone through this dilemma? How did you ultimately decide? What factors ultimately made your decision? I'd really like to hear everyone's honest thoughts, whether you chose China or Korea, and whether you felt it was worth it. Thank you!

I'm also struggling with this issue! I'd like to ask your Korean friends how they manage their recovery period? I heard that in Korea, you need to have regular follow-up appointments after surgery. Would that be very inconvenient if I were in China?
