Hi everyone, I'm Wen. I'm considering getting some cosmetic procedures done in Korea, but as a foreigner, I'm a bit worried about finding a trustworthy clinic. I speak some English, but almost no Korean, so I'd really like to know how everyone else screens clinics.
My biggest concern is whether they offer reliable translation services, because communication is absolutely crucial for medical consultations. Some people say to check if the clinic offers foreign language consultations or provides translators. Others say to observe the doctor's attitude during the consultation, but this can vary from person to person.
Does anyone have any experiences to share? For example, how do you determine if a clinic is professional? What makes you sure they can communicate effectively in a language you understand? I'm a bit lost right now, so I hope you can give me some advice!
