Hi, it's Erika. I'm planning to get a small cosmetic procedure in Korea next month, but I have to return to Japan immediately afterward... I'm a bit worried about swelling and aftercare 😅
Does anyone have any tips or tricks they use during their travels to minimize post-procedure swelling? For example, is it okay to bring cooling sheets from home, or is it better to buy them locally? Also, if you know of any simple care routines I can do on the plane or in the hotel, please share!
Also, what kind of aftercare products should I pack? I'm not sure if my usual moisturizers will suffice or if there's something special I should get 😂 I'd be so grateful for any advice!

Erika, I can totally relate because I was in the same situation 😅 By the way, does the degree of swelling really vary depending on the type of procedure? Mine also seems to overlap with my trip, so I'm curious about how long the swelling will last. I'd love to hear from people who've actually had it done!
