I'm Chi, and I've just planned a trip to Korea to get some basic procedures done. But I'm struggling to figure out how to find a trustworthy clinic, as I only speak Vietnamese and a little English.
Experienced members, could you please share: where do you usually find clinics? And when I go for consultations, what should I pay attention to regarding interpretation, or do many clinics offer English/Vietnamese support?
I'm also worried about contacting them before I go, asking about things related to the process to make sure I understand everything clearly before booking. What specific things should you check before choosing a clinic? I'd love to hear your real-life experiences! 🙏

I think the best way is to find hospitals/clinics that have English websites or contact them via email beforehand to ask if they offer support in Vietnamese or English, as many places in Seoul do offer language support. Hi! I'm also from outside Korea, and for my first consultation, I brought a translator screenshot on my phone to communicate more smoothly—it was quite helpful! But it's definitely better to email or chat with the clinic first to make sure they can handle foreign languages before you go, so you won't be surprised when you arrive.
