Hello everyone, I'm Ruirui. I've been thinking about getting a small procedure done in Korea recently, but my Korean is really basic... I get completely lost when I'm looking at reviews. I can't understand a lot of them, some seem really over the top, and others feel super official. I wanted to ask everyone, as a foreigner, how can you tell which reviews are genuine and which might be fake or overly embellished?
Also, are there any red flags we should watch out for? For example, if a clinic's reviews are all five stars, or if they're all posted recently... are these generally less reliable? I don't know much about the K-beauty or medical aesthetics industry here, so I feel really vulnerable to being misled.
If anyone has had procedures done in Korea, could you share how you chose your clinic and how you judged the reviews? Are there any reliable channels or advice you can offer? Thank you so much!

I totally get how you feel 😅 At first, I was also confused by all the reviews. May I ask what kind of augmentation you're considering? Because sometimes reading reviews from people who had the same procedure done can be really helpful.
