Is English sufficient for consultations in Seoul?

Hello everyone, I'm Kim from Vietnam. I'm planning a trip to Seoul for consultations about some treatments, but I'm worried about the language barrier. I can speak English, but not fluently, and of course, I don't know Korean. What are your experiences? Do clinics there usually have English-speaking staff, or should I prepare anything else?

My biggest concern is the detailed consultation, where I need to clearly explain my desires and concerns. Has anyone been through this experience? Should I look for language support services or specific clinics that are usually willing to help international clients? Thank you all so much!
