Hi everyone, I'm Wanchen from Taiwan. I've been considering getting a cosmetic procedure lately, but I'm stuck on a big question—should I have it done in Taiwan, or save up some money and fly to Korea? I've received recommendations from both sides, and I'm a bit overwhelmed.
Taiwan is certainly more convenient; I don't need to take so much time off work, and I don't have to worry about flight fatigue or jet lag. Plus, I can easily follow up with a doctor if there are any problems. But honestly, I'm quite curious about Korean techniques, and I've heard many people say that Korean doctors are particularly experienced in this area. However, I'm not sure if it's as simple as I think, and I'm also concerned about the potential complications in follow-up care.
I'd like to ask everyone—how did you make your decision? Did you consult with doctors in both Taiwan and Korea before choosing one? I'm especially interested in how you handle the aftercare if you have the procedure done in Korea and then return to Taiwan? Or is it actually not as complicated as I imagine? Any experiences or thoughts you have are welcome to share, thank you!
