Hey everyone! So I'm seriously thinking about getting some aesthetic work done while I'm in Korea, but I'm running into this problem — I can barely read Korean, and honestly a lot of the reviews online are in Korean or Konglish that's hard for me to parse. I'm scrolling through clinics and trying to figure out which ones are legit vs. which ones might be overselling results or just fishing for customers.
For those of you who've done treatments here and can't read Korean fluently, how do you actually decide where to go? Do you rely on Instagram before/afters? Do you have Korean friends vet things for you? And like... what are some red flags I should actually watch for? I'm worried about places that promise crazy results or seem to have suspiciously perfect reviews, but I also don't know if I'm being paranoid lol.
I've also seen some clinics with English-speaking staff, which feels easier, but I'm not sure if that actually means they're better or just more expensive 😅 Any advice or experience you can share? I'd really appreciate hearing from people who've been through this!
