Traveling after a small procedure—what should I pack for swelling care?

Hey everyone! I'm planning to get a minor procedure done while I'm in Korea, but I'm flying back to the US like 5 days after. I'm a bit nervous about swelling during the flight and honestly have no idea what to bring in my carry-on to manage it.

Has anyone traveled after getting something done? I'm wondering what products or items actually helped with swelling—like cooling masks, compression sheets, or just regular moisturizers that worked well? I'm also unsure if I should pack certain things from home or if it's better to just buy stuff here in Korea, since I hear the skincare is amazing anyway.

Also any general tips on keeping swelling down while traveling? I know I should probably ask the clinic about aftercare, but I want to hear from real people too. Thanks so much!
