Hello everyone, I'm Nao. I've been seriously considering getting cosmetic procedures in Seoul recently and was hoping to consult with a few clinics, but I'm a little worried about the language barrier.

I've heard that many places offer services in both English and Japanese, but what's the reality like? I'd love to hear about your experiences – whether it was okay using translation apps, or if you encountered difficulties because of the language.

Should I prioritize finding a clinic where Japanese is fully understood, or is English sufficient? Are there apps or other strategies for multilingual support?
