Hi everyone! My name is Suong, and I just had a minor procedure done in Seoul. My face is still quite swollen and bruised 😭 This is my first time doing this, so I don't know how to properly care for it. Have any of you been in a similar situation? Could you share your experiences on how to reduce swelling and care for my skin in the first few days?
Currently, I'm trying to apply cold compresses, drink plenty of water, and try to keep my head elevated. But I'm not sure what else I need to do to recover faster. I've heard that everyone has their own tips, but I don't want to do anything wrong 😅 I mainly want to know how you usually care for your skin in the first week, and what you should avoid.
Thank you in advance! I'm looking forward to advice from those who have gone through this ❤️

Wow, I hope you get better soon! I'm also considering a similar procedure, and reading your experience makes me a little nervous, hehe 😅 But it seems like what you're doing is good—cold compresses, drinking lots of water, and maintaining proper head position are all things people often recommend. Hopefully, the swelling will go down in a few days and everything will go smoothly!
You're really putting in a lot of effort! Cold compresses, drinking plenty of water, and elevating your head are all methods I've heard from friends. I'm also considering doing a similar procedure. Seeing your experience makes me a little nervous but also gives me more confidence 😅 I hope you see the swelling subside soon, good luck!
I've been thinking about doing the same thing lately, so this post was a huge help! The things you're doing (cold therapy, drinking lots of water, keeping your head elevated) sound good, but it's true that everyone is different when it comes to whether or not they're doing it 😅
What you're doing now (cold compresses, drinking plenty of water, elevating your head) all sounds very reasonable, and I think you're on the right track! I'm actually considering doing similar small procedures myself, and seeing your experience gives me more confidence. I hope the swelling goes down soon, good luck! 💪
