As a foreigner, how do you all gather information about clinics? Also, are there any ways to spot dangerous clinics or fraudulent advertisements? Should I avoid suspicious reviews or places that make claims like "it will definitely work"? I'd like to know if there are any red flags.

I'd be grateful for any advice on places to check information, such as testimonials from people who have actually had procedures. I'm very anxious about my first procedure, so having reliable sources of information would be very reassuring. Thank you!
