My name is Yanti, and I'm planning to go to Korea next year for skincare treatment, but honestly I'm a bit worried about how to find a clinic that's really trustworthy, especially as a foreigner. I've already read some online reviews but I'm still confused about which ones are legit and which ones are just marketing.

What I want to know:

1. How do you guys usually find clinics? Through friend recommendations, forums, or is there a specific platform?

2. What are the most important things to check before a consultation? I'm worried about the language barrier since I only speak basic English and Indonesian.

3. Is an interpreter and having consultations in your language really that important? Do big clinics usually have staff who can speak English or even Indonesian?

4. Has anyone had a bad experience or things that should be avoided?
