I'm thinking about double eyelid surgery in Seoul... What's the actual difference compared to back home?

Hello, my name is Aoba. I've been struggling with the idea of double eyelids for a long time and recently started seriously considering getting the procedure done in Seoul. I know there are clinics in Japan, but I've seen various information suggesting that Korean techniques are more advanced or that the cost is lower. However, honestly, I'm unsure if it's really worth traveling abroad.

Considering the cost of flights and accommodation, as well as the hassle of traveling... is it truly a better deal, or would it be easier in the long run to have it done domestically? Also, I'm concerned about post-operative aftercare. It would be difficult to travel to Seoul if any issues arise. Has anyone here actually had a procedure done overseas? What were your criteria for choosing?

To be honest, I feel like the 'decision to go' is harder than the procedure itself... (lol) I'd be grateful for any advice!
