Hello everyone, I'm Tam from Vietnam. I'm planning a trip to Seoul to explore cosmetic surgery services, but I'm a bit concerned about the language barrier. My English is okay, but I don't know any Korean. I wanted to ask if clinics there have English-speaking staff for consultations, or at least someone who can assist with explaining procedures and answering my questions.
I'm also wondering if there's a way to contact them beforehand via phone or email in English, or if there are places that offer English or Vietnamese support services. I don't want any misunderstandings about important details during the consultation.
Does anyone have experience with this? If you've had consultations with limited language abilities like mine, please share your experiences. Thank you all so much!

Oh, I was thinking the same thing! One of the advisors suggested emailing in advance to ask about English support, because some places have staff who speak it, but you need to book it beforehand. Hopefully, someone who's been there before will share their experience 😊
