How long does recovery usually take for nose filler before flying?

Hi everyone! I'm planning a trip to Korea soon and I'm thinking about getting some nose filler work done while I'm there. I'm flying back to the US about a week after my procedure, and I'm wondering if that's realistic timing-wise?

I know every person is different, but has anyone here done it and had to fly back pretty quickly after? I'm mostly worried about swelling and whether I'd look too puffy for work when I get home. Also, are there any things I should know about flying right after getting filler done? Like, do you have to wait a certain amount of time, or is it okay as long as you feel up to it?

Any experiences or tips would be really helpful! I'm still in the research phase, so I'm just trying to figure out if my timeline makes sense.
