I'm about to fly to Korea for some minor beauty procedures, and I'm getting my at-home skincare routine ready. I'm a bit worried about recovery, especially with the flight back home.
I'm wondering what everyone usually packs. I've read a lot about cooling masks and soothing skincare products, but I'm not sure what to prioritize. Has anyone brought specialized silicone sheets, or is a gentle soothing gel enough?
If anyone has gone through this, could you share your experience? I want to make sure I have everything I need for the best possible skin recovery in the first few days. Thank you all so much!

I understand, I felt the same kind of anxiety! In the end, I think simple moisturizing and a cooling gel are all you need. I ended up buying a light cream and a soothing gel locally, but the hydrating sheet masks I brought from Japan were also very useful. Honestly, I don't think specialized patches are essential, but it might be reassuring to have them 😊
I'm also planning the same thing and honestly, I'm panicking about the preparation too! From what I've read, it seems like moisturizer and a cooling mask are top priorities, but I'm still unsure whether to buy them before I leave or just get them there. Hopefully, someone can share their real-life experiences because I also want to ensure the recovery phase goes smoothly.
I understand your concerns! When I first went, I was worried too, but honestly, simple products like moisturizers and cooling masks are enough. Personally, I like to focus on hydration and using gentle products during the first week. Try to find products you already use for cuticle care, as everyone's skin is different. I think it's much easier than we think 😊
