I've been considering getting double eyelid surgery in Seoul lately. I've heard that South Korea has very advanced techniques in this area, and many people say the results are natural. However, I have friends in Taiwan who have had it done with great results, so I'm hesitant about flying there specifically for it. I'd like to ask everyone, is it worth traveling all the way from abroad to Seoul for this kind of surgery? What factors should I consider?

My main concerns are airfare, accommodation, and post-operative care. Flying there alone without family by my side during recovery makes me a little worried. I'm also unsure how long the pre-trip consultation will take, and whether I'll need to make several trips back and forth. Has anyone had similar experience? How long after surgery can I go out and about? How long before I can fly home?
