Hello everyone, I'm Tao. I've been debating whether to go to Korea for a cosmetic procedure, but I'm really torn. I can get it done domestically, and the doctors' skills are good, but I've heard that medical aesthetics in Korea are truly mature, and the style aligns better with my aesthetic preferences. However, the hassle of traveling abroad, time, and recovery are all concerns, and I'm also unsure if the cost will be significantly different.
Have any of you sisters faced this choice before? How did you decide? Did you go straight to Korea, or did you have the procedure done domestically? I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts and experiences, especially regarding practical matters like recovery time and communication with doctors.
My current thought is that if I can find a doctor in China that I completely trust, I might not need to go through the trouble. But then I worry I'll regret it later. Does anyone have any advice?

I'm struggling with the same thing! There are skilled doctors in my home country, but Korean aesthetic medicine really has a unique sense of beauty, so I wonder if it's worth the trip... However, considering the travel time, language barrier, and not being able to visit the hospital during recovery, it's realistically a lot to handle. For now, I'm thinking of consulting with a trusted doctor in my country first, and if I'm still not convinced, then I'll seriously consider going to Korea.
Hi there, I'm also torn between these two options! Could I ask if you've looked into the prices domestically and in Korea, or do you find it hard to compare because the information isn't very clear? I just want to know if the cost in Korea is significantly higher so I can make a reasonable decision.
