Confused about choosing a treatment in Indonesia or Korea... how do people usually decide?

Hi everyone! So I've been thinking a lot about a specific aesthetic treatment, but I'm stuck between two options. The first option is to get it done locally (in Indonesia), which is practical and doesn't require the hassle of dealing with visas or long flights. But I've also heard many people say that Korea has different technology and doctors, and there are many horror stories from treatments done elsewhere.

I understand that going to Korea can be more expensive and complicated — arranging schedules, accommodations, everything. But I'm also afraid that if I choose to do it here, I'll regret it later. Has anyone been in the same position? How did you make the decision? What were your main considerations — budget, quality, or something else?
