I want to get a cosmetic procedure, but I can't decide whether to do it in Japan or Korea. Korean clinics have a good reputation, and when I hear stories from people who've actually had procedures there, it seems very appealing. But I'm worried about the language barrier, aftercare, and so on... I'm overthinking it. In Japan, I can easily consult with them, and if there are any problems, they'll be addressed immediately.

Are there any people who have had procedures done in both Korea and Japan? What were your reasons for deciding? Cost, convenience, skill level... what factors did you prioritize? Honestly, I don't know what I should prioritize most.
