How can I read reviews and trust them when I don't know Korean? 😅

Hi everyone, I'm Anh from Vietnam. I'm planning to try some beauty services in Korea on my upcoming trip, but I'm extremely worried about reading reviews. My Korean isn't very good, I only understand a little, so it's very difficult to find accurate information from local review sites.

Does anyone have experience with this? Which review sites should I trust? Is there a way to verify if a review is genuine? And what should I be careful about when reading reviews? For example, I'm worried about fake reviews or reviews that look too good to be true.
