I'm especially concerned about any products I should bring for post-procedure swelling care. Are there any standard items like cooling sheets? Also, I'd like to know when it's safe to wear makeup again; I'd like to know the general guidelines.

I'm flying back to Japan on a dry flight, so I'm also worried about swelling management during the flight... If anyone who has actually had a procedure has any experiences regarding what to bring back or things they wish they had been more careful about, I would really appreciate it if you could share them.
