Regarding double eyelid surgery in Seoul, what's it really like for those traveling from abroad...

Hello, my name is Haruka. I've been thinking about double eyelid surgery for a while now, and recently I've started considering going to Seoul for it. I know it's possible to get it done in Japan, but I have this vague idea that maybe Seoul would be better... I'm wondering if it's really worth the trip overseas.

What concerns me are the costs of flights and accommodation, and the fact that I won't be able to get post-operative follow-up care in Japan. I'm worried about what would happen if any issues arise. Also, it's hard to choose a clinic based solely on online information, right? There's also the language barrier.
