Hi everyone! I'm Chi, and I just finished a small procedure in Seoul a few days ago. My face is still a little swollen and bruised, and I'm not sure how to take care of it to make it heal faster 😅
I'd like to ask those who have gone through this what we should do in the first few days? I'm currently using cold water compresses, drinking plenty of water, and avoiding anything containing caffeine. But I'm worried about whether I need to apply anything else, or how long I should avoid the sun?
Does anyone have experience with swelling and bruising after treatments like this? How long does it take for it to completely disappear? I'm feeling a little nervous because this is my first time having a procedure done abroad 🥺 Thank you so much!

Hi sis, I went through the same thing when I went on a beauty trip! I found that elevating my head with a pillow while sleeping helped reduce swelling quite a bit, and choosing a cooling mask (not direct ice) was also very good for my skin. It feels like you're doing well, just be a little more patient 💕
