Hi everyone! So I'm planning to go to Korea next month for some treatments, and I'm thinking about what aftercare items to bring from here. I've done a bit of research and see that many people recommend bringing cooling masks, silicone scar sheets, and soothing gel from Indonesia because they're more familiar with our skin and might be more affordable.
Now, what I'm curious about is: on your beauty trips, what do you bring from Indonesia for aftercare? Are local cooling masks good, or is it better to buy them locally? And about scar sheets, does anyone have any recommendations? I'm a bit worried about how long the recovery period will be, so I want to be well prepared.
Has anyone brought special skincare items and found them helpful? Or do you just prefer buying local Korean ones? Share your experiences! I want to gather as much information as possible before I go. TIA! 💕

I just got back and I feel that buying the basics like a cooling face mask and a gentle cleanser in Vietnam is more convenient because you can get direct advice from the staff there! 😊
When I went last time, I brought some soothing face masks and moisturizing sprays, and they seemed quite useful! However, I think it's also good to buy them on-site in Korea, because you can choose according to your needs, and there are really many skincare products to choose from in Korea, and the staff can also give you advice.
I'm also planning a similar trip next month and had the same thought! From what I've read, many people say it's more practical to buy skincare there directly than bringing it from here, but I also want to prepare ahead of time so I don't get stressed. Hopefully, we can both have a good experience! 💕
I understand! I was wondering about the same thing 😅 By the way, did you buy the cooling mask locally or in Korea? I'm also curious whether it suits different skin types.
