Hi everyone! I'm Kartika from Indonesia, and I'm planning to try nose fillers during my vacation in Korea next month. But I'm a bit worried about the timeline since I can only stay for 10 days.

Can anyone tell me how long the downtime usually is after nose fillers? I mean, when will things go back to normal without visible redness or swelling? I still have to fly back to Indonesia, so I'd like to know when it's safe to do so.

Also, has anyone experienced this? How was the recovery? Do I really need to avoid strenuous activity and exercise? Sorry for the many questions, I'm just trying to prepare myself properly before booking the appointment. Any tips or experiences I share would be super helpful!
