Hey everyone! So I'm flying to Korea in a couple weeks to get some treatments done, and I'm trying to figure out what to bring in my luggage for recovery. I know I'll probably be a bit puffy and red, and I want to be prepared without overpacking.
I'm thinking about bringing cooling masks, maybe some silicone scar sheets, and a good soothing gel—but honestly I'm not sure what's actually worth the luggage space? Like, can I just buy this stuff there instead? I imagine Korea has tons of great skincare products, so maybe I'm overthinking it.
For anyone who's done this before: what products did you actually USE and feel good about? And did you pack them from home or just grab stuff at a pharmacy / skincare shop once you arrived? I'd love to hear what actually made a difference in your recovery instead of just sitting in a drawer lol.
Thanks in advance!
