Is it really worth flying all the way to Seoul to get double eyelid surgery?

Hi everyone, I'm Juan. I've been considering getting double eyelid surgery in Seoul recently. I've looked at a lot of Korean aesthetics and it seems their double eyelid surgery has a really unique style. But my biggest dilemma right now is—is it worth flying all the way from China to Seoul for this surgery?

I'm mainly thinking about a few things: First, the cost and time. Adding round-trip airfare, accommodation, and time off work, it feels like a significant investment. Second, the recovery period. I've heard it takes a while to see the final results. Will I need to stay in Seoul during that time, or will I need to go back to China for recovery? Has anyone experienced this and could share their honest feelings?

Also, I'm wondering if I can find a good doctor in China? Or does Seoul have some advantages I'm unaware of? I'm quite hesitant about this decision and would like to hear everyone's thoughts and suggestions. Thank you!
