How can I read clinic reviews in Korea without being scammed?

Hi everyone, I'm Tam from Vietnam. I'm researching treatments in Seoul, but my Korean isn't very good. When I read reviews on Korean websites, I find it hard to understand the details, and I'm worried about being scammed or encountering unreliable clinics.

Does anyone have experience reading reviews from Korean platforms? I want to know how to distinguish between real and fake reviews? And what are some red flags I should be aware of? For example, what should I be wary of if a clinic says or writes something inappropriate?

Also, I'd like to ask if there's a way to find a translator or get advice before going? I don't want to rush into a decision without fully understanding the information provided. Thank you everyone!
