Hi, my name is Champ. Honestly, I'm currently very conflicted about whether to pursue my cosmetic surgery career in Thailand or South Korea. I'm interested in skincare and some aspects of the beauty industry. Both options have pros and cons. Thailand is more convenient, as I wouldn't have to fly, but I've heard that South Korea offers higher quality and more advanced technology.
However, I'm unsure about several things, such as the treatment time required, preparation, and costs. If I go to South Korea, I might have to stay there for a while, incurring additional expenses.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? What were the main decisions you made? What aspects should I pay special attention to when making this decision? Any shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi Champ! I'm from Taiwan, and I'm a little curious about your actual experience in the beauty industry. For example, have you had any treatments done in both places, or have you only heard about them?
Champ, I understand your choice is very clear! I was thinking the same thing as you, whether to settle in Mongolia or go to Korea. I think Korea would be a very interesting choice, but it seems like it might be really difficult to settle in for the long term.
Hi Champ! I once thought the same thing when I wanted to explore skin treatments at two places. Honestly, if you're serious about learning and upgrading your skills, Korea is definitely worth it, even if it requires a bigger budget for accommodation—but networking and exposure to the latest technology there are completely different. Maybe try calculating how long your commitment is and what your top priority is: cost-saving or skill advancement? 🙂
