Hello everyone! I'm Rina from Indonesia, and I'm planning to have an aesthetic treatment consultation in Seoul next month. My main concern is the language barrier — I can speak English reasonably well, but I don't know any Korean at all. Has anyone had a consultation experience using only English? Do the doctors and staff understand well enough, or would it be better for me to bring a translator?
For those who have been there, do clinics in Seoul accommodate foreign patients with English? I'm worried about getting detailed explanations of treatments and accurate Q&A, especially for medical aspects. Does anyone have any communication tips that worked for them?
This is my first time consulting abroad, so I'm a bit nervous haha. Thanks in advance to anyone who shares their experience!
