Hello everyone! I'm Utami from Indonesia. So, I'm planning a minor aesthetic procedure in Korea next month, but I've also already booked my return flight for a week later. I'm a bit worried about swelling and how to manage it while traveling.
My question is: has anyone experienced swelling after a procedure and then flown or traveled long distances? How long does the swelling usually take to subside? And what products are worth bringing back from Korea to help with swelling and post-procedure skincare? I'd love to hear from your experiences, not just from doctors, hehe.
I also want to know about practical matters — like do I need to bring a lot of cotton pads, essence, or special masks? I'm afraid of returning to Indonesia with bad skin or severe swelling. I'd really appreciate it if anyone is willing to share tips! Thanks in advance, girls 💕

Hi Utami, I'm also considering doing something similar next time I'm in Korea, so your post is very helpful! 🙌 I'm curious, what were you most worried about — the appearance or just the travel itself?
This matches my concerns exactly! When I went to Korea, I did this very thing and flew back on the 7th, just like you. After returning, I slept with my head elevated, applied cool cotton pads from the fridge to my face, and tried to drink plenty of water throughout the flight. Honestly, there was still a little puffiness when I got home, but it wasn't as bad as I expected. As for products, you don't need to buy a lot. Just choose 1-2 items you love and repurchase them. 💕
