How to read Korean reviews when you don't understand them very well? Are there any red flags to avoid?

Hi everyone, I'm Nhi from Vietnam. I'm planning to try some cosmetic treatments when I go to Korea next time, but my problem is my Korean isn't very good. I see a lot of reviews on local websites, but when I use Google Translate, I don't understand exactly what they're saying. I'm afraid of being scammed or choosing an unreliable place.

I want to ask: Is there a way to distinguish genuine reviews from those that seem fake? Or are there any warning signs I should look for when reviewing information about a facility? My Korean isn't good enough to read carefully, so it's hard to understand what they're saying.

Anyone with experience, could you share how foreigners like me can find reliable information? Should I ask friends, or are there other ways? Thank you everyone!
