Choosing a clinic in South Korea... How should I read reviews?

Hi, this is Aki. I want to get a beauty treatment in Korea, but I'm not very good at Korean, so I can't really understand online reviews and testimonials.

How do you all find trustworthy clinics? I've tried using translation apps, but I can't really grasp the nuances, and it's hard to tell if they're being honest or exaggerated... Especially since what's written on websites aimed at foreigners and those aimed at Koreans often differs, which is really confusing.

Also, are there any red flags, like "this is suspicious"? Like, extremely cheap, or just full of advertisements...? I'd love to hear about your experiences.
