Difference before and after coating... Will the change be bigger than expected?

I'm currently compiling a list of places to get a nose coat, but looking at photos, the before-and-after results all look dramatic and impressive. I really need vivid reviews from people who have actually had it done to know if it just raises the bridge of the nose or if it makes the overall nose line smoother.

Please recommend a clinic where you could definitely feel the difference before and after the procedure. I really want to see the before-and-after results clearly, too.
