I'm thinking about getting a procedure done in Korea, and I'm wondering what kind of aftercare items I should bring to ensure proper recovery before I return home. I'm particularly unsure about cooling masks, soothing gels, and silicone sheets... What did everyone else prepare?
I'm worried about using my usual skincare products, so I'm torn between buying things there or bringing them from Japan. Since I'll be traveling, my luggage space is limited, and I really only want to pack what's essential 😅
Also, for those who have actually brought items, what types were most useful? Are cold sheets better, or gel types... Honestly, I'm not sure. I'd love to hear about someone's real-life experiences!

I totally get your dilemma! I was agonizing over what to pack last time too, but then I realized you don't actually need to bring much. You can just buy things at local drugstores there, and if you don't finish them before you leave, you can bring them back anyway. I personally brought my usual gentle cleanser and some hydrating sheet masks, and bought more advanced repair products in Korea. That way, my luggage wasn't too heavy either 😅
