Hi everyone! I'm Van, and I just had a minor procedure done in Seoul. My face is still swollen and a little bruised. I'm quite worried because this is my first time, so I wanted to ask those of you with experience what the best ways are to reduce swelling and bleeding.
The staff there said it's normal, but I still want to hear from people who have been through it. Do you usually rest, apply cold compresses, or something else? What should I avoid in the first few days? What's the best way to eat and drink?
Thank you all so much! I'm really looking forward to hearing everyone's advice. This is a truly wonderful community 💕

Hello! I'm also considering a similar procedure, so this thread is really helpful. Swelling and bruising are definitely concerning at first... but since you're having it checked by a professional like the poster, I'm sure it'll be fine. I hope you get some advice from experienced individuals. Good luck! 💕
I totally understand how you feel! It was my first time too, and the swelling and bruising a few days ago had me a little worried, but after hearing about many sisters' experiences here, I felt much more at ease. I hope your swelling subsides soon, you got this! 💪
Hearing you say that makes me a little nervous too 😅 May I ask approximately how many days the swelling and bruising lasted for you? I'd also like to know roughly when I can expect to see a noticeable reduction.
