Hey everyone! I'm planning a trip to Korea next month and thinking about getting some nose filler work done while I'm there. I've been researching a bit, but I'm still pretty nervous about the whole thing since I'm flying back to the US after my visit.
Does anyone have experience with filler recovery? Like, how many days of actual downtime are we talking about before you felt comfortable enough to get on a plane? I'm mainly worried about swelling and bruising—I've heard it varies a lot depending on the person and the technique used. Should I plan to just chill for a week, or is that overkill?
Also, any tips on what helped with swelling during recovery? I'm not looking for medical advice, just curious what actually worked for people who've done this. I want to go in with realistic expectations so I'm not freaking out the whole flight home, haha. Thanks in advance!

Last year, I also had a nose filler in Seoul, and then I flew back to China on the fifth day. Although it was still a bit swollen, it was acceptable. I found that icing and sleeping with my head elevated for the first few days were the most helpful, along with talking as little as possible, haha, which helped the swelling go down faster.
