Is my English sufficient for a consultation at Settlement, or do I need to prepare more?

Hi! My name is Bua, and I'm planning my first beauty consultation at Settul Clinic 😊 My question is, is my English sufficient for communicating with the clinic, or should I prepare some Thai vocabulary related to aesthetic treatments beforehand? I've heard that some clinic staff speak good English, but I'm not sure what that's generally like.

Also, when explaining what I want in detail, I'm worried about misunderstandings. Do any of you Thai speakers have any tips on this? And are there any apps or other ways to help with communication? 💭 Thank you so much!
