I'm considering getting lower eyelid surgery for my parents. Does anyone have any experience with this?

My mom's sagging under her eyes has gotten worse lately, so I'm looking into lower eyelid surgery for her. Before, it just looked like dark circles, but now it feels like her skin has dropped, and I think she's getting stressed about it. I looked up reviews for lower eyelid surgery for parents, and the satisfaction rate seems higher than I expected, so I do want to get it done for her. However, since it is surgery, I'm worried about the recovery process and whether it might be a burden for her. My biggest question is whether the surgery can look natural.
