Hello, I'm Salma from Dubai and I'm seriously considering traveling to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. I've heard a lot about the techniques there and the prices are good compared to here, but I'm a bit hesitant. Is it really worth the vacation, travel, and accommodation? Even though I'll need recovery time after the surgery.

What also worries me is how to follow up after the surgery while I'm in the UAE. I can say that I'm waiting for the final results, and at the same time, I'm afraid of any complications. There's no one I know there to follow up with me. Do I have to go to the doctor every week? Unless it's possible to do a video follow-up from here?

I also need an idea about the full costs – meaning not just the surgery itself, but all the surrounding expenses: the hotel, food, will I need a translator? If anyone from the Gulf has traveled and had this surgery done, I'd love to hear about your experience and if the step was really worth it or if I should wait a bit longer.
