My mother-in-law was diagnosed with dementia due to tinnitus.
She was always so affectionate towards me, so I willingly took her in to live with me.
She couldn't sleep at night and would often go outside ㅠ
Every time that happened, I'd always follow her, worried something might happen, and I wouldn't get any sleep.
I was practically up all night, and even on days she didn't go out, my husband and I couldn't get a proper deep sleep, always worried she might leave.
Then, my mother-in-law passed away last year.
About a month after she passed, just as I was starting to breathe easier, I developed tinnitus myself...^^
Seeing how much my mother-in-law struggled with tinnitus her whole life, I told myself I had to live a healthy life.
I forced myself to eat three meals a day and exercised twice a week, but I was so dumbfounded when this happened.
In the early stages, I received treatment at a hospital, but eventually, I only heard that there was no cure.
I was devastated and then tried a Korean medicine clinic, thinking it might help... but dabbling here and there didn't really cure it.
I thought maybe this was my fate and lived like that for a few months, but recently I found out there are specialized Korean medicine clinics for tinnitus and hearing loss.
Maybe I'm living behind the times;; I didn't know, so I went for a consultation, and it turned out my tinnitus was worsened by a twisted neck.
They say a twisted neck affects the entire body.
Come to think of it, I was so busy for years that eating with my back straight felt strange, so it makes sense my body would start acting up.
I'm currently receiving treatment, and whenever I see the director, I'm reminded of my mother-in-law. He's so kind.
Every time I visit, he asks me first how I'm doing, and I lose track of time.
I'm so grateful that he administers herbal acupuncture tailored to my body's condition.
I had treatment yesterday too, and I thought about how nice it would have been if my mother-in-law could have come with me when she was alive, so I decided to write this post~ ㅎㅎ

Wouldn't it be that your mother gave you a gift before she left, saying, "Don't get sick~"?
Yes, thank you. Then haha
