Hello everyone! I'm Sari from Indonesia, and I'm planning to have aesthetic treatments consultation in Seoul next year. But I'm a bit worried about the language barrier—I can speak basic English, but I don't know any Korean at all. Has anyone had consultations there without speaking Korean? Do well-known clinics usually have English-speaking staff or staff who speak other languages?
I'm worried about miscommunication regarding what I want or informed consent that I might not understand. Should I arrange for an interpreter, or is it mostly fine to just use English? If anyone has experience, please share how the system works! Thanks in advance! 🙏

Hi Sari, have you tried contacting places beforehand to ask if they have English-speaking staff? I'm also worried about this, so I'm wondering if you plan to call ahead or visit in person for consultations?
