I completely understand your concerns! As an overseas user, I also feel that the overall cost is indeed very high, including airfare, accommodation, and the recovery time after surgery... However, I've found that doing your research beforehand and consulting with other people who have gone through the same experience can save you a lot of trouble, and exchanging experiences with others gives you more confidence!
