Highlands or Korea? Help me decide.

Hey everyone, I'm really torn right now. I'm thinking about getting a procedure done, but I can't decide whether to do it in Ulaanbaatar or Seoul. It might be a bit cheaper in Mongolia, but it's hard to find good specialists here. On the other hand, going to Korea would be quite an expense in terms of time, money, and logistics. However, I've heard their technology and experience are excellent.

For those who have gone through this, what did you choose and why? What was the deciding factor? I really want to find someone I can trust, no matter the location. Also, for those who have had procedures done, either here or in Mongolia, were there any requirements or things you regretted afterward? This decision is very important to me.
