Should I fly to Seoul for eyelid surgery?

I'm considering flying to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. I've wanted to change my appearance for a while, but I haven't found a place I truly trust in Vietnam. I've heard many people say that Seoul has many experienced clinics with natural-looking results, so I'm starting to consider it. But my main concern is: shouldn't I just go to Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City instead, since it's closer and easier for follow-up appointments?

I'm also not sure if the results abroad will be significantly better. If there are any problems, I'll have to fly back for a follow-up appointment, which is quite inconvenient. Has anyone had surgery in Seoul and can share their experience? I need to know your real-life experiences, not just advertisements from clinics.

Another concern is the total cost (flight, accommodation, surgery, food) – how much higher is it compared to doing it in Vietnam? And how can I choose a reputable clinic in Seoul without being scammed or having unsatisfactory results? I'm a little hesitant because this is my first time doing this. Could you please give me some advice?
