Torn between getting it done in Taiwan or South Korea... how did everyone decide?

Hello everyone, I'm Shanshan. I've been considering getting a cosmetic procedure done recently but have been torn between Taiwan and South Korea. On one hand, Taiwan has quite a few aesthetic clinics, which is more convenient for follow-up care. On the other hand, I've heard from many people that South Korea's technology and experience seem more advanced. However, I'm also a bit worried about the cost, time, and the challenges of recovering in a foreign country.

I'm really unsure about how to make this decision. Has anyone else experienced this dilemma? What factors ultimately led you to choose South Korea, or to stay in Taiwan? Or perhaps people who have tried both? I'd love to hear about everyone's considerations; maybe it can help me organize my thoughts.
